They say it only takes one bad apple to ruin a customer experience. That’s what has happened on numerous occasions. This visit one of the waitress (Alexia) look at our table and walked right past us with not a word and went and helped a table that was ok in after us(setting on the same side as we were). This is not the first time Alexia has been this rude to our table. The only reason I’m still giving a 3 star is because of the other 2 waitresses giving exceptional service.
