We were looked after extremely well by Janette. So helpful, knowledgeable about materials and manufacturing of the furniture. We’re now very much looking forward to the delivery of our chairs! Thank you, Janette, for a wonderful furniture shopping experience.
We went to Harpers looking for a low bed frame for my elderly mum. Brad was so helpful he said he could get a base made to the height we’re looking for. Excellent service, we couldn’t have got this service anywhere else. Delivered by lovely delivery driver and quicker than we were expecting. We have used Harpers lots of times, highly recommend them.
Extremely overpriced furniture, which was all of low quality.
We purchased two large bedroom wardrobes,a bedroom chest of drawers,two bedroom side cabinets and two bookcases all of them in top quality solid oak. The price was excellent and the staff were extremely knowledgeable of all their products and they answered all our questions . We were kept informed at all times regarding our delivery dates and the delivery drivers were great they assemble the wardrobes and all the packaging was taken away. Highly recommended
ORIGINAL: It's been almost 60 days since I purchased a small piece of furniture and it hasn't been delivered yet. I've received emails from them assuring me it will be delivered the next day but it never happens. UPDATE: I finally received the item and it's very high quality. The three stars relate to the long wait.
