Best pet store around By far the most professional pet store in Evansville and Southern Indiana. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, great products, healthy pets, and good deals overall. They dont sell saltwater fish anymore, but they do have a great assortment of freshwater species. Highly recommended.
Here's a tip... Get better employees!! Not teens who have no clue about half the animals you sell! Also get employees who actually want to help the customers! Also, care for the animals you have so customers get satisfactory pets!! I purchased a reptile here (steppe runner) and it had mites and was in bad health. When i tried to return it just over a week later, I was refused even an exchange due to a 5 day health guarantee. Sell good reptiles and bump your guarantee up to 14 days like every other business!!
Bad Business!!! This place actually has terrible employees. They also have terrible customer service. The animals are not well cared for and it shows they are low quality with only 5 day return policy on pets. go anywhere but here!!
