Arrived just before closing at 5, but the door was already locked and we were turned away. I understand a closing time, but not before...really a bummer if you wanted to stop in quick to buy a Christmas gift.
I ordered a table from Harp. The customer service and product quality are both not great. It took three months to ship, far longer than the time stated when I ordered, and I was also billed immediately on placing the order. After waiting for two months, I called and e-mailed many times. Never once did anyone pick up when I called. Many emails went unanswered. As to the table itself (cherry), it is heavy and solid, but has discoloration and mottling/blotching. Been dealing with customer service for months and they are absolutely horrible! I should have followed my gut feeling not to order a table but I finally was able to order a table a few months ago. Was told that my table would be ready for delivery in time for Thanksgiving. Every time I call customer service they never answer their phone. They do not answer text or emails.
