Horrible Customer Service, bad business practice. My daughter s car was hit by a man who ran a light. State Police had Harolds Brake Service tow car. I tried to get into lot the next day with required tow slip. They said no, until they get paid. Insurance co. was going to pay so I offered a credit card for a deposit until they get paid to get stereo out of car. They said no credit cards accepted.
