Lindsay was our conveyancer for both buying and selling. Honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Very thorough and responsive to any questions we had and always was very reassuring throughout the process. We have used Harold stock and co twice now over the year for moving and if we were to ever move again I would 100% return. 10/10 would recommend.
Really terrible service, they're extremely slow and seem to sit on information for ages. There is no speed or urgency about them at all, and we didn't even have a chain to contend with. Perhaps the worst thing about them is that on the day of completion of sale, they called at 10am to say it had all been completed, told the estate agent the same and said to release the keys, then held onto the money until 5pm that day before paying it to us.
