We have been customers for several years and the service has been less than satisfactory….and we are not high maintenance folks. This last year…with little response…our taxes were filed very late…not by us…accruing a $900 late fee…amongst other fees/losses. Now with Harold’s retirement…we have no real recourse. Very disappointing. Wish we would have found other tax provider long ago!
I have known Harold for quite a few years. He is very professional, and does a great job with my taxes. I look forward to a long working relationship with Harold, and his staff.
