Would happily give this company no stars at all, furniture damaged, property damaged (not covered in their insurance) no apology forthcoming, nor indeed any acknowledgement of any complaint. On the day the men happily accepted a tip knowing quite well the damage they had caused at the property we left behind, only discovered by us when we had a large amount of money deducted from our rental deposit. Please avoid this company at all costs.

We moved home using Harold Jones 3 weeks ago and each time we start sorting another room we find more items damaged. I have asked for someone to come and see all the damage / missing items but am told no one will attend and i have to complete the insurance claim form. Maybe some items could be rectified without this. Anyhow the day after moving i contacted them and initially they came out to collect a chipped drawer which I still have not had returned. We would like to thank all the staff at Harold Jones for making our move from Penrhyn Bay to Llandudno as easy as any move can be!! Very professional, packed everything well, and took care with our belongings. We can only highly recommend you. Thank you once again
