I must be honest. The massage was fine, wasn't the best. But for the spa itself horrible. It was ice cold in the room. It was so cold my fingers felt like ice. You can verify that with Jennifer by masseuse. It took away the whole relaxation experience that a massage and spa day is supposed to give you. When you spend hundreds of dollars on a spa treatment you expect "excellence" not subpar conditions. Only giving one star because I have to. I looked up this salon online since I'm from out of town. I had a Brazilian wax done by Kathy, the manager/owner of the salon and it was easily the worst experience of my life and the worst $70 I ever spent. I'm a licensed cosmetologist myself. So I am very aware of State sanitary requirements and let me just tell you, they could easily get written up for violating some basic sanitary codes.
