Visit your loved ones frequently a lot of lip service is given instead of action. It's a shame those who can't advocate for themselves
We were the first resident at this brand new facility. This has been such a better experience than the previous facility we were at. The staff really cares and helps out the best they can in these difficult situations. I was lucky to find them and would recommend this place to anybody who needs these services. Everything is always clean, the people are looked after and there is a genuine desire to help the people there. Thank you all who are working at this facility and in particular the nursing staff.
