They only care about money and will charge for every dime they can get. They beg you to stay when you want to get your records and leave. They will charge you $1 per page for your records (this is to email them). Not to mention the turnover rate! I was only there for a year and was going on my third provider before I decided enough is enough. Found a new family owed practice and they got me in right away.
They are only after money! Constant calls about new bills and never give an explanation as to date of service. Most phone calls come from out of the country so don't expect to understand anything they say and one last thing if you can't pay them in full don't count on getting your antidepressants. What a joke. Elizabeth is a great therapist though.
