Less than one star , Fake quote in the bagining they estimate 3 hrs only equals 585$ but ends up that you pay for 6 hrs .i paid 1475 $+ 57$ + 180$ tips =1662$ 1 hr extra charge over the time talking in loading and offloading I paid 57 $ as réservation and they informed me that this amount will be deducted at the end and this is not happened. They offered me free king bed protection but they didn’t deduct from the invoice . They cheated everyone I don’t recommend at all worst experience ever .

They were always 45 minutes to an hour late, which resulted in us being late or even missing our appointments and errands.

Completely unorganized not willing to admit when mistakes in scheduling are on there end. Very rude and disrespectful. Shows up late for pick ups for patients appointments. Leaves patients stranded. Do not use this company. They are awful.

Our driver Elia was kind and helpful with our family member. The transport was on time & was an excellent driver.
