This school is amazing. The quality of the education here is AMAZING. There is a strict dress code but it’s so we can learn to stay in dress code when we are older. All the staff their are so nice. I totally recommend this school:
The school is definitely not for slackers. HSI expects a lot from their students and parents. My daughter is going on her 5th year at HSI and absolutely loves it. They challenge the students more than any school I know, which is what she needed. Her STAAR results were Average when she first started. The past two years she has received a Masters Grade Level for Math.
This school has good education and is respectable, don't get me wrong. However, if your child is coming from a public school like i did, it will be a different animal. i am not even remotely happy here, i dread waking up every morning and going here. I do know that despite that, i am getting one of the best educations you can get. this school is not a joke and demands your best and it WILL get exhausting to the point where you will want to pull your hair out.
