I went for treatment of alpha gal. I explained that I was allergic to dairy, xantham gum, nut milks and meat since being diagnosed with alpha gal. She took the needle out, but said that it moved (?). She said after testing me that I could eat red meat. I asked about dairy products. She tested me and said I showed allergies to cows milk. She also said that she only treated me for Alpha Gal. As a person who has been lucky enough to struggle with allergies my entire life, when I was made aware that acupuncture could be of assistance, I was all in. The initial testing was so easy and quick, and the one tiny poke for the treatment was virtually non existent. I live and work with animals on a daily basis, and the improvement this made for my cat allergy was impressive to say the least! I have received treatment from Gudrun for a very difficult to treat condition. She has been so compassionate and dedicated in treating me session after session even though seeing results for this condition takes a lot of time. My energy levels and vitality have improved so much since she has been treating me.
