Carmel is a beautiful soul, I feel so blessed to have had a blissful retreat experience at her sanctuary. She is so kind, caring, welcoming and inspiring. Her specialised retreats are a MUST! Its a safe place to heal, to ground yourself and do soul searching. I will always remember how special Carmel made it
I have been here 3 times and loved each time. It was a wonderful experience that I have shared with my cousins and with my girlfriend's. I particularly enjoyed the food one year when we had a vegetarian chicpea ball and salad. I think I am due for another visit to reconnect, recharge, and relaxe

A gorgeous and nourishing day! My Hawaiian massage was amazing, the space is tranquil and relaxing and the facilitators are warm and inviting. A brilliant day out, feeling recharged and balanced.
