Booked months in advance and had a very disappointing experience. I was told last minute my therapist was unavailable but a replacement was arranged—fine, as long as the time stayed the same. I confirmed this twice and received no response. On the day, I called and was assured my 11:20am appointment was confirmed, even receiving an email. I've had many massage therapy appointments, over 100, and Nicky was by far the best massuse I have ever experienced. Highly recommend! I'll be going back again for sure.
I arrived at Harmony Massage Lavington feeling very sore and left feeling so much better after 1.5 hours with Nicky. She was caring, professional, and thoroughly explained the cupping process, which was my first time trying it. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back!
