I’ve been to this place many times & each time they sign the loyalty card. It has 10 boxes on it. Each massage cost $100 so after spending $1,000 I was told the now full loyalty card gets me 10% off my next massage. Yep, that’s right, $10 reward for spending a grand. What a joke. I won’t be back. Here’s a tip for management. If that’s the best you can offer to loyal customers don’t offer a loyalty card at all.
