Simone is great to talk to and she decided on EMDR after my 2nd session. The 2nd session was very much a repeat of the first, where I had to go over most of what I'd already said. I presume that was to see if I was consistent and clear with my story. I didn't continue the sessions as it was a 50 minute drive each way, including looking for a park and walking to her unit. Simone provided a really supportive environment for EMDR therapy. I was initially looking for a psychologist on the Gold Coast but Simone was an excellent psychotherapist. Highly recommended!
