The staff really care about the residents. An amazing team works there, including the outside agency’s are amazing!
This place got bed bugs , the owner is so rude to the workers , and the residents she don’t care about nothing but herself she won’t let nobody know if a resident got covid or anything. She lets her co workers talk disrespectful to the other employees
This facility HAS BED BUGS! This whole building is infested and the OWNER SUE IS IN DENIAL about the situation. She CLAIMED she called the pet control and they confirmed it wasn’t but that’s a LIE! I have PICTURE & VIDEO of bed bugs crawling over these residents at night! Please do not send your loved ones here! This place use to be CLEAN and ran very PROFESSIONAL!
