This place got bed bugs , the owner is so rude to the workers , and the residents she don’t care about nothing but herself she won’t let nobody know if a resident got covid or anything. She lets her co workers talk disrespectful to the other employees
This facility HAS BED BUGS! This whole building is infested and the OWNER SUE IS IN DENIAL about the situation. She CLAIMED she called the pet control and they confirmed it wasn’t but that’s a LIE! I have PICTURE & VIDEO of bed bugs crawling over these residents at night! Please do not send your loved ones here! This place use to be CLEAN and ran very PROFESSIONAL! Update: To the owner, I appreciate your response and have emailed you yet have not received a response from that. Maybe your spam folder? I have absolutely no interest in trying to communicate with your administrator as she is the reason for my review. Since my last review she has threatened to call the police on me twice just for visiting. She refuses to talk, just continues to be rude and try to intimidate.
