Was looking to get a couple of custom suits for special occasions well in advance. Walked in during store hours to an empty place and a woman told me this time of year was appointment only as it is a slow time. Understandable. She attempted to call the owner anyway with no response. I took a number and called a couple of days later with still no response. Make sure not to bring a tux back a day late or you get charged $30. Didn’t understand that some people work all day and can bring it back with the difficult hours.
Travis is beyond helpful and it's so nice to have local options!! Highly, highly recommend.
