He was told this by his receptionist, and in our texts, and still refused to honor the massage despite the therapist still being at the spa** I normally go to 2 other spas in the area but received a gift card here and booked a 90 minute couples massage for my fianc� and I which totaled more than $350. Good massage. Great conversationalist. Can't help but wonder why the receptionist asked me if I wanted a male or female massage therapist. I tell them female and I'm given a male.
The staff is wonderful, kind, friendly, & knowledgeable. The atmosphere is inviting & calm. I always feel amazing after each visit & look forward to coming back for my next appointment.
They Made It Right — 5 Stars UPDATE: I originally left a 2-star review after a disappointing prenatal massage experience, but after how Harmony Falls handled the situation, I’m genuinely happy to change my review to 5 stars. My original experience was frustrating. I had booked a prenatal massage because I was experiencing significant pregnancy-related pain in my hips and lower back and specifically needed those areas worked on.
