My mother lived at Harmony for nearly a year. The facility was clean and beautiful and the food was good. Beyond that there were many problems. For nearly a year there was no executive director and no consistent staffing, so there was no leadership and no one on site to address grievances. Forget trying to contact someone at the corporate office to resolve a problem. Trying to get a phone number for anyone at corporate is impossible, no one at Harmony would divulge that info in spite of repeated requessts. Laundry and housek... read more
