Paul Rice (aka Swampy) was one of the first individuals and a Charter Member for Harmony, on the Independent Living side, when they initially opened up. There was always plenty of events, trips, and activities to do. He really enjoyed getting together three days a week for Happy Hour !! The staff had to be the best thing about Harmony. Especially Catherine, Brandon and Shaunte. They went out of their way even before my dad passed away. Thank you for everything everyone does at Harmony. PaulEric Rice (aka Swampys son)
My mom has been living in memory care for a year now. Erica does an excellent job, and administration genuinely cares about the residents’ well-being. The patient care team is really good and I know my mom is in good hands - special thanks to Mo, Brittany, Liv, and Crystal. Jeff and Brandon are great at handling the maintenance and the food is actually pretty dang good thanks to Shane and his team. Five stars
We have been deeply disappointed in the assisted care program our mother is in at this community. The caregiving side is always short staffed especially in the evening and the lack of communication is frustrating. We pay almost 6k a month for care we're not getting. The food my mother has been eating is subpar, nothing high protein and very little on a plate. Wish we would have read the reviews in advance.
My dear Mom has been at Harmony in memory care since January 2024. The first year was a roller coaster. I don’t know how we stayed there but we did. This year has been wonderful. A new Executive director came on board and the way memory care was managed changed. Erika was Activities director and is now the Director of Memory Care. She is amazing! She is calm and listens to everyone about everything. She keeps us all grounded. We have a great nursing team, Moh and Britt, and caregivers who want to be there and love our reside... read more
