I like my unit very much. The personnel here, particularly in the dining room, are outstanding. The maintenance people are also top notch. The food is disappointing and the front desk/ concierge staff are inconsistent in answering questions.
Tawfeeq Supposed to be the manager of this establishment is the most incompetent person I’ve dealt with never answers her phone never replies to emails texts can never meet her as always busy the receptionist doesn’t have a clue about this person as she never there. Very important documents are needed and I have tried for a month to retrieve them How can you have a manager so incompetent to run this establishment?
