Place is great and plenty of activities to keep you busy Residents are friendly and fun to be with. Staff is wonderful to interact with.
Very rude staff. Poor quality of food. Dining staff incredible Clients are verbally abused and staff don't work. Very disappointed and waiting to hear from executive. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. WOULD NEVER PUT A LOVED ONE THERE
Too soon to make an informed evaluation
I like my unit very much. The personnel here, particularly in the dining room, are outstanding. The maintenance people are also top notch. The food is disappointing and the front desk/ concierge staff are inconsistent in answering questions.
Tawfeeq Supposed to be the manager of this establishment is the most incompetent person I’ve dealt with never answers her phone never replies to emails texts can never meet her as always busy the receptionist doesn’t have a clue about this person as she never there. Very important documents are needed and I have tried for a month to retrieve them How can you have a manager so incompetent to run this establishment?
