My mom has lived in the assisted living at Harmony at Enterprise for 1.5 years and we have had serious issues since literally Day 1. Missed medication, months without sheet changes, 9+ months of HVAC issues that leave her room temp in the high 80s with no planned repair or corrective action or communication from Harmony. We have had to report Harmony to the state twice, and both times the state found serious deficiencies.

Harmony at Enterprise looks beautiful and presents nicely. The staff who interact with my mom on a day to day are friendly. The issues come with the higher staff, management and corporate. We have had consistent issues since she moved in with missed medications, cleanliness, food, and general comfort. We pay for promised services that are not provided. We toured the facility as we were looking to enhance the quality of life of our loved one. We worked with the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing who conducted a tour of the facility. The facility looked great, we chose a unit and they accepted our loved one. They forwarded paperwork to be completed. I reached back out to the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing as I had questions about the paperwork, wanting to ensure accurate completion and to pick a move-in date. Harmony at Enterprise has provided a steady and supportive environment for my father over the past two years in memory care. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and communication has been consistent. Overall, we appreciate the care and sense of safety they provide for residents and families.

I am looking at a place for my loved one and I think I found the right one. From the beginning, the staff was welcoming, patient, and willing to answer all my questions. During my visit I saw so much care, respect and community between staff and residents. The establishment is very clean and has a lot of activities to offer.
