I am looking at a place for my loved one and I think I found the right one. From the beginning, the staff was welcoming, patient, and willing to answer all my questions. During my visit I saw so much care, respect and community between staff and residents. The establishment is very clean and has a lot of activities to offer.

I came in to tour the facility with my aunt. Everyone was very pleasant from the front desk staff to the marketing team. We was even invited back by the staff to come have lunch or dinner in the dinning area. We are definitely considering Harmony as our potential new home.

Very inviting and well maintained facility. Staff are attentive to the residents needs and make them feel at home. Various activities are provided for residents that foster a sense of belonging and stimulate cognition. Family members concerns are addressed and continuous improvement process in place to address needs. Feedback regarding concerns are welcome and attended to.

This place is horrible and over priced. $5500 for one bedroom apt. The food is disgusting and small portioned. If they are a minute late for a scheduled meal they will not feed them. However, they pay for that meal that they do not get. I left a formal complaint voicemail for the director Lorena a week ago. No response. Not surprised. They do not like frequent visits from your loved ones because then they actually have to act helpful like they enjoy their patients. I find the facility well cared for and the staff very friendly. It is a great place for independent living with lots of activities for all. Personable and professional seems to be the standard.
