My mother lived at Harmony for nearly a year. The facility was clean and beautiful and the food was good. Beyond that there were many problems. For nearly a year there was no executive director and no consistent staffing, so there was no leadership and no one on site to address grievances. Forget trying to contact someone at the corporate office to resolve a problem. My wife died and we were to receive $2500 back that we had paid in advance I followed instuctions for refund. They won'eve talk to me LS

Stay away, Run far far away HR lady sends emails to provoke positive reviews, take notice that on here and glass door all responses are canned responses, and most of them are someone in HR or someone who hasn’t been here more than a year. CEO has been reprimanded for misconduct and offenses inappropriate in nature he’s also a drunk space cadet yet still employed.
