After calling several Memory Care facilities just being quoted a price, I felt helpless and defeated, BUT then I called HARMONY! I had the most amazing opportunity to speak to Amy. I have never felt so cared about and cared for as I did after speaking to Amy. If she is a reflection of the love, care and kindness that is shown in that facility, all of the people there are blessed! I have a family member in the Square. The aides are amazing. I am somewhat disappointed that regular aides are no longer consistently assigned to the Square as they know the residents best and I feel it is important for those that want to be here and are effective should be allowed to work in the Square. I also feel having 3 aides consistently is important for all they are responsible for. I am grateful for Kate and all the activities that she initiates. She is a real keeper. Kate has done a remarkable job making the Newsletter notifications of events and activities fun fun fun. As activities director she listens to the residents, knows their name's and is totally engaged in the details of making life special. Kate treats the residents like family.
