Very smooth and easy process.
In recent years I had read a lot about the Harmonic Egg and I'm glad I finally tried it! I'm also glad I went to the Harmony and Light Wellness center in Port Jefferson, NY. The owner/operator Megan was very welcoming, professional, and a delight to talk to. Being in the Egg was very relaxing. I could sense my stress starting to melt away as the lights dimmed, the healing music began, and the subtle aroma of essential oils wafted through the air.
This place is so amazing. I love the harmonic egg music. The biofeedback is so awesome too. The woman that runs it Megan is really an amazing person and has a great sense of humor. She also gives really great advice.
I walked out feeling so relaxed, I’m very excited to come back soon! Anyone looking to unwind in such an easy way, I highly recommend the Harmonic egg. Such a quick and hassle freeway to Zen out and recharge so you can better face the day. I’ll be back soon🥰
