I have worked with a few families that have their loved ones living here. Residents are talked over, belittled and not taken to the hospital/urgent care when they clearly need to go. Monica is one that we have dealt with and does not follow the general protocols. If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. DON’T take your loved ones here!
