Each session begins with “How are you feeling?” She customizes treatment for each condition, with recommendations for diet, or essential oils or products that I could try for relief. I have been seeing Christie for at least 10 years. She is excellent in using her large array of acupuncture tools and techniques to address whatever may be happening - physical, mental, emotional. I initially went to her to gain relief from very painful arthritis in my fingers, and as that was being addressed, came to feel the benefits of acupuncture for so much more. I highly recommend her as a kind, empathetic, very effective professional practioner who is continually adding to her toolbox for the benefit of her clients.

I have been receiving acupuncture from Christie for quite a few years. I love that she treats the whole body. She wants to know how the treatment worked before she does the next treatment. I leave her office feeling very good and also relaxed. She is very knowledgeable of her trade and keeps up-to-date on current trends.
