I have been doing cupping with Tina. I started doing cupping after we had a major snow storm. I needed knots out of my back after shoveling so Tina suggested cupping. knots have gotten out and I don't get tight right after getting cupped. I may be a little sorry but it's better than the knots so tight that it can be hard to walk. I now do it as a preventative to help out. I have increased my work out routine so also helps heal faster from sore muscles.
Tina is very good at getting people to relax.
Cranial Sacral therapy is something that can really assist in your healing process and Tina is perfect for this!
Tina is a genuine human being. She has guided me along my healing journey path with a gentle nudge here and a tight muscle release there. She works with the body, not against it. I will absolutely be back for more care.
