I had been looking forward to a massage for my birthday. The day before, someone from this establishment texted to tell me the therapist I had scheduled with left their business. I don’t know what happened with that, but it is extremely unprofessional for any establishment to cancel a clients appointment with just barely a 24hr notice. I've NEVER had such a disappointing experience with ANY establishment like I've had with this company. Unbelievably horrible. I was given a Groupon as an early mother's day gift to myself. It bought in April and I the earliest appointment was in mid May ( PERFECT to celebrate my 18th mother's day...I thought) I received an very nice email apologizing for having to reschedule my appointment.
