I LOVED my Harmonic Egg experience! It was the first time I have ever felt completely relaxed (mind and body) and I realized how valuable it is to give myself that time to completely let go and let the egg do its thing! I will definitely be making this a consistent appt in my life.

I had my first session with Erin this past Saturday and I highly recommend! I left feeling physically elevated, with an inner peace that is rare for me to come by. Almost a week later and I'm still noticing how my baseline state is more positive than usual. It was a great experience. Thank you Erin!

So I have been on a journey of healing and inner exploration for many years. The egg came onto my radar back in 2021 and I was so excited to try it. So I am happy to report it did not disappoint! I have been coming to see Erin for my sessions for a couple months now and it has been such an amazing growth period for me. In all honesty I was somewhat disappointed on my first visit as I was expecting a lot and the first session is needed to do a basic reset of your nervous system. Erin is wonderful to work with. The sessions are very relaxing, I highly recommend The Egg.
