The Harmonic Egg experience is a gift to your SOUL. It has taken me through some very difficult times, recouperating my immunity, restoring my nervous system and giving me much needed RESPITE from a very busy life, as a Primary Caregiver of my sister and father. I highly recommend giving yourself the opportunity to try any one of the multiple experiences available, you will be well guided by the Guardians of the Eggs here in Ottawa. Carrie and Rachael are lovely!
The deepest meditative relaxation and nervous system reset I’ve experienced. I love these healing sessions.
I just love the EGG - you first meet with whoever is working and together we decide what is needed. From there we enter the EGG with an intention. Obviously you don't come out after an hour being healed, you do come out feeling really relaxed. Totally recommend it.
