Did you all just really let all your employees go by email on the week of March 19th 2020? Is this true that you're not going to give a severance package or that you're just closing the business because you need to only be in Boise? A Are you not going to pay the people all of the vacation time that they earned? Bummed by unimpressive service. Expect more from a service organization.
Vested very little in accommodating their customers. Explained to her that we would like to get as much information as possible over the phone (we live in Eagle), but she insisted on us traveling to her downtown location. Will look for a more accommodating agency to plan our European trip.
It doesn't matter if I'm traveling for fun or work the folks at Global Travel always take great care of me! I can't recommend them enough!
Just got back from a trip that was planned through Global Travel. From start to finish it could not have gone any better. Awesome people.
