Was sent confidential information about prospective Treasure Valley clients for their company competition (guesses on people's value and personal comments) instead of my personal docs. Went to cash out out my account to rollover into my main 401K and their fee was almost 50% of the value. I was told only of a 25% fee if I left a simple IRA. Would not recommend this Northwest Mutual company!
