A missing swing out assembly sent to another region. Talked with HarMar who told me a new item had been sent "ASAP" to my local installer. When asked after one week where the new swing out part was, I was told they had emailed the freight company and had no idea when they would respond or the status of the shipment to the correct address. I hope the Lift works better than HarMars Operations. The jerk i spoke with was named Sean. Have the VA use a different Lift company. These folks are lame.
I purchased Harmar CSL 500 model in black. The only nice thing I can say about it is I like the color. Purchased 8/8/24. About a week or so after the purchase is when all the trouble began. Started out small issues. I’ve had service call after service call. The mobility company has been amazing. The stairlift company not so much. Harmar Lifts is a wonderful company that stands behind their products. The staff at Harmar replaced broken parts on our lift after a company took advantage of us and sold us a damaged lift. We will always be glad that we purchased a Harmar Lift and will recommend them to everyone.
