Katie is absolutely the best masseuse I've ever seen. I carry all my stress in my neck and trapezius and always tell the therapist to focus there, they nod and then do the normal routine and I walk away still in pain. I told Katie and she spent over half the hour on my problem areas, when my boyfriend picked me up and said he could actually see a difference in how I held myself. The service was okay & the lady was very nice. However the prices once you get there were $10-15 more than it says online. I called ahead to make an appointment. When I got there she asked me to pay & tip up front as well as a $3 CC fee. Would be nice to know on the phone and I could have brought cash. Now I feel like I have to tip conservatively for a service not rendered yet but if I want to leave more then they charge another $3 CC fee.
I think Katie is the best Masseuse in Richmond, she is professional and highly skilled, and a very sweet kind lady.I have found the best place and person for a quality massage.The studio is very clean and spacious. It's always a good idea to call ahead....they stay busy.
I was looking for a new massage place and she has great reviews so i went to her website. The website specifically says walk ins and appointments are available. I drove 20 minutes and arrived around 9:20am since it showed she opened at 9. When i arrived all doors were locked. I called and she said I have to make an appointment. The website says walk ins are welcome so why is that on the website site if it is simply not true? A waste of time and gas. She was rude when she answered the phone as well.
