The service was okay & the lady was very nice. However the prices once you get there were $10-15 more than it says online. I called ahead to make an appointment. When I got there she asked me to pay & tip up front as well as a $3 CC fee. Would be nice to know on the phone and I could have brought cash. Now I feel like I have to tip conservatively for a service not rendered yet but if I want to leave more then they charge another $3 CC fee.
I think Katie is the best Masseuse in Richmond, she is professional and highly skilled, and a very sweet kind lady.I have found the best place and person for a quality massage.The studio is very clean and spacious. It's always a good idea to call ahead....they stay busy.
I was looking for a new massage place and she has great reviews so i went to her website. The website specifically says walk ins and appointments are available. I drove 20 minutes and arrived around 9:20am since it showed she opened at 9. When i arrived all doors were locked. I called and she said I have to make an appointment. I have been visiting Harmony Spa, located at 3991 Glenside Dr, for the past several months and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The facility is exceptionally clean and quiet with spacious rooms, which eliminates any sense of claustrophobia. The tables are wide and equipped with ample heated padding for added comfort. Best massage in RVA! This was my 2nd time and both experiences were superb. Katie has magical hands and gives a professional massage. You leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
