Harloquin H! H. Harloquin has outfits for every occasion. With dresses ranging from Prom, weddings, Homecoming, and Sweet 16's. They have a lot of choices in their store. I recommend going in here to find a special dress for a special occasion.
The level of absolute terrible customer service in this store far outweighs the grossly overpriced dresses they have. I was talked to so disgustingly. I do not need another gown I just wanted one or more but the owner will never know that or NEVER receive any of my money. I have rooms full of clothing and wanted to add more but I would rather shop third hand instead of being belittled. Our conversation was not long at all as she did ninety percent of the talking. Love the wide selection and the beautiful dresses, however I was a bit taken back by how the expensive dresses the lady was trying to sell me were being basically used to sweep the floor. I was also unhappy that she was pushing dresses on my 16 year old daughter that were totally inappropriate and we told her several times the school will not allow this type of dress and she kept asking why? My daughter found a beautiful dress that fit perfect, we couldn t have asked for a better dress and we were willing to pay the \$410. H... read more

I bought a dress that was on back order. Now they say the order is lost. Harloquin refused to give a refund. Now must write the credit card company and go local JP. I would steer clear of this store unless you want a head-ache.
Let me say this first, as a frequent shopper, I ve NEVER seen dresses that are individually wrapped at Nordstrom, Saks, Neimans or Tootsies. No one can please every customer but I can tell you this is the first place I would go to before I would shell out up to \$1,000+ for a formal dress. I m not clear on what designers one of the reviewers was in search for but the designer names shown on the Harloquin website ARE IN THE STORE because she carries one of my favorites, Terani couture. The reviews on google about this place is correct. The owner is really pushy and she will say whatever to make you feel good to get you to purchase a dress. I kinda feel sorry for her employees because they get pushed around a lot by her. But my friend and I felt over complimented, over bothered, and overly pressured to try and buy things. When I was there, I felt kinda rushed by her, it was uncomfortable.. She s just really pushy on making purchases.
