I changed over to this bank a few years back. As soon as you come in they're saying hello to you behind the counter. They're so friendly and helpful and I'm really pleased that I made this change. The hours are better than my other bank as they're opened a little bit longer.

I had a very frustrating experience with Harleysville Bank. I was hit with five overdraft fees in one day, totaling $175. While they did reverse one transfer fee, the rest were not refunded, and I was told it was my fault. The customer service was disappointing, and the manager, who spoke poor English, was unhelpful in resolving the situation.
