Harley financial is a rip off. At all cost try your best to use a different financial institution. Too much interest and they charge you to make a payment. What??? They wont accept payment on line unless you pay them extra. I don't pay extra to pay my cars, house, bills, ect…. And don't get me started on their customer service, what a joke. Stay away from them, you have been warned....
