I've been w/ HD for yrs. A Vet. I financed my last 2 bikes w/ them in 7/20 (FXBB St Bob) & in 3/22 (FLSBS Fatboy). Financed w/ them. I made ea. paymt on time w/ HDFS. My credit even improved to 670 in 3/22 bc of on-time paymts! This past 3/22, when I purchased my new Fatboy, I even added $1K of equipment into the financing, & charged a $675 HD leather jacket (w/ a discount). This company is full of BS I made a payment and can not check if the payment was correct!! I gave information that only I knew and I refused to give a person my SSN when I gave that info with your auto system.
If I could give a star review it would be minus 10 my friends son died on his Harley 2 years ago but even after sending his death certificate to Harley Davidson credit . they still send her a bill for 00.00 dollars every month. I will not rest until this sick credit corporation is fully aware of a mother's grief of her son's death . needless to say on there bike. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE. They avoulouly have never had a child. I will not stop with my social media bombardment of this company's , shamful lack of empathy... read more
