I have been searching for a particular item and had visited two other HD stores. MBHD had the item and the sales rep brought the item outside of the store to be sure it fit correctly before I purchased the item.
Selection is fine, store is tidy, but you guys could definitely hire some people that actually engage with the customers. I've been in this store 5-6 times and after the initial hello without even looking up, I've never had an associate ask if I needed help, or if I ride, or anything actually. When I worked for HD I spoke to every single customer. Why spend my money at this store when there are multiple HD shops in the area?
