Dangerously incompetent. Had to get them back after they advised the job was complete and they’d left. On close inspection I found 6 hole ceiling Brackets that were meant to support the very heavy large outdoor blinds were secured with only 1 or 2. See attached. Instead of checking if there were wooden studs in the ceiling to screw the brackets into, during the quote phase, they just guessed that there were. They guessed wrong. Lucky these heavy blinds didn’t come crashing down on our heads.
Great quality blinds and the two installers were very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.
Harlequin blinds did a fantastic job from start to finish. Julian was lovely during the measuring stage and Craig did a fantastic job on the instal. We are loving waking up to the sunrise through our new sheers, and closing the blockouts behind them for a cosier feel. The shower blind was a perfect colour match. Smooth process, and would use Harlequin again every time!
