I attended a chair yoga session hosted by my job. It was led by the wonderful Lalita and I couldn’t be happier. I felt the rush and pulsating of blood flow through my veins along with tension leaving my body after each exhale. I left feeling relaxed and in a state of mindfulness. Lalita is a great instructor and effortless in her approach. Thank you
This is a great resource for the community.
This community health and fitness center has recently opened and is well worth joining. Its so hard to get out and do something for your health regularly, especially in the winter, I really need a place where people care whether I get there or not! Harlem Wellness has fun and friendly classes and Vivian makes a point to get to know all the members, so she helps keep me committed.
