Do not go here. Mr. Waverly seemed to be professional but ends up being a con. He originally told me it would cost 206.05 with one w2, a that would be deducted from refund. After a couple of weeks I happened to check where’s my refund on the website an it kept coming back as I put the wrong information in. I reached out to Mr Waverly and he goes to tell me he charges 130.00 to process to bank account then I’m also missing an extra 100. For a total of 432 dollars to do my taxes. they are not clear they let you start and they hook you up at the end with over priced charge over $235 dollars
Do not go here. The previous owner/business (Newkirk & associates) were reputable and did a great job. I had been using both, for almost 10 years- Once it changed hands and names, it is no longer either. I waited 3 months for Waverly to eventually get around to filing- all along, telling you they’re getting to it, and stringing you along so you don’t go elsewhere.
