I unfortunately went against my norms of reading reviews and I am disappointed(of course). After waiting almost a week for delivery, due to our work schedules. There is no delivery and we were notified last minute after already throwing out our couch. The compensation is waiting almost another week and being told that its not their fault, it's the company they work with. Hopefully when we finally get our couch it looks good. I bought a couch from this place for my husband bday back in April , the couch broke within 2 months of receiving it . I called several times and spoke with female representatives there and they literally play games ! They send the repair ppl out , all they did was take pics of the couch and said they need to order the replacement part WELL THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO . Don't go here they are horrible I ordered a set and they cancelled on me twice and once they got to my house they didn't even get the job done this store is a disgrace seriously don't go there guys !!!!!!
