The dispatcher was extremely rude to my mother when she called for service. No patience, no respect, and very unprofessional. After reading the other reviews, it’s clear this behavior is a pattern. We won’t be using this company again.

I had a terrible experience with this taxi company. When I called for service September 10th Wednesday at 7pm the lady who answered immediately put me on hold and left me waiting for a very long time without checking back. When I called again, she answered with an attitude. I asked politely, “Can you hear me?” and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and frustrating, I won’t be using this company again. I’ve noticed for a long time that many reviews mention poor treatment from the dispatcher, yet nothing seems to change. In my experience, the customer service here has been consistently unprofessional. It really gives the impression that management isn’t prioritizing customer satisfaction. 0 out of 5 stars.
