Gone downhill for awhile, it's a joke that you hear they are award winning when you call them. They don't hold their drivers accountable, recently implemented a stupid change that now you need to request a ride if you live off of woodsdale rd. There's three stops, if the driver decides to ignore the stop request, drive past woodsdale Rd and you call dispatch they do nothing. Glad to see other people hate the new bus schedule that they randomly made what is seriously going on you cut peoples way to work the teal 5 bus was perfect the way it was now the Cecil bus don’t match up so stuck waiting hours so many people have no way to work you should be ashamed no way up the casino unless u wanna get there after 8 am 3 hours of the bus is running but doesn’t go up there makes no sense please fix it soon as you guys changed it within a week so hopefully enough people complaining you will change it back ... read more

They just changed the bus schedule on a random day with no warnings left me with no way to work hope they change it back as the new schedule makes no sense I spoke with them and told them how many people have been affected by this but seems like no one cares even though everyone who rides the bus had been asking for it to be put back to the original schedule.
