Harford Radon was very reasonably priced. The installation of the system was decent however how they dealt with voids in our slab was very disappointing. They didn't ask us how to handle it or give us options. They just used open cell spray foam were at a minimum they should've used closed cell. Open cell can still allow some air movement however it can allow for moisture to wake into it. Closed cell provides a superior barrier for air and moisture. Open cell can still allow for vapor drive. We received outstanding service and expertise from Stephen, the owner and repair professional. He has decades of experience and skillfully and expertly sited and installed the radon mitigation system in our basement where it vents the gas outside the house which is then pumped above the roofline. He is very knowledgeable, well-trained and certified and provides detailed explanations. Our radon levels dropped immediately from above 9 pCi/L to below 1-2 pCi/L. We highly recommend his services.

Stephen, the owner, was fair and professional. Our basement had radon levels around 9pCi/L. After remediation, we have yet to have a reading higher than .5pCi/L. I highly recommend Harford Radon & Real Estate Repair Services

We had very high levels and needed mitigation quickly as we were selling our home. The gentleman who came out to quote was ver professional as was his co-worker. Everything was completed within a week and a follow up test had our levels well below the minimum. We are very happy with the experience.
